Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed;
Ensure that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s) and maintain neat appearance in uniform;
Greet customers, be polite and pleasant, resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive customer relations;
Maintain food safety, quality and accuracy of orders; work with urgency;
Assist RGM with cash control, inventory, labor, and facility maintenance; ensure health and safety standards are followed
