Seeking a Finance Director to join an established multi-specialty group in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, SC, a physician-owned and governed, multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a professional service agreement.

• Develops, evaluates, and implements programs regarding Finance. Creates the processes necessary to implement the programs developed. Develops procedures manuals as needed.
• Formulates recommendations to support the program.
• Oversees necessary audit activity to support the program.
• Trains Finance personnel on the program.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
