, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician for our Fond du Lac, WI location. Practice Highlights
:
- Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based internal medicine, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
- 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours
- Option for a four- or five-day workweek
- Join an established team of 2 physicians and 4 APPs
- Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
- Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools
: M-F 7:00a-5:00p
Call Rotation
: 1:10 with all other primary care physicians in the NEMG group.

- Income Details:
- Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up
- Transition to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth
