Overview

St. Mary’s Springs Academy in Fond du Lac, WI, is seeking a full-time Coordinator of Campus Ministry for the remainder of the 25-26 academic year
. Dedicated to inspiring students to lead purpose-filled lives, SMSA provides a supportive learning environment where every individual is encouraged to grow spiritually, academically, and personally. Guided by our faith and values, our holistic approach to education prepares and empowers students to tackle global challenges and emerge as servant leaders of tomorrow.

• Develop processes and programs that support engagement with SMSA’s mission and Catholic identity.
• Support the faith formation and Catholic identity of the SMSA community, including students, teachers, staff, and parents.
• Collaborate with administration, school Chaplain, faculty, staff, parents, students, and parishes to advance programs rooted in Christ’s teachings and in the keystones of Faith and Community.
• Encourage SMSA stakeholders to develop and share their gifts as service to the community; foster habits of spiritual reflection, prayer, and worship; and promote discipleship.
• Integrate technology effectively into daily practices.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, Religious Studies, or a related field.
• Experience in campus ministry, youth ministry, or young adult faith formation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Flexibility and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Practicing Catholic preferred.
