Elementary Teacher

St. Mary’s Springs Academy is seeking a full‑time Elementary Teacher to join a culture of excellence and shared leadership. The teacher will work with approximately 600 students in a PreK‑8 school and will exemplify our core values, collaborate with colleagues, and continuously improve educational practices.

The role includes responsibilities such as:

• Teaching elementary curriculum using current practices and methodologies.
• Integrating technology into daily lesson plans.
• Differentiating instruction and assessment to meet diverse student needs.
• Participating in team collaboration and sharing leadership.
• Upholding dignity and respect for all students and staff.

• Licensed elementary instructor in the State of Wisconsin.
• Experience with current elementary teaching practices and methodologies.
• Team player, flexible, and collaborative.
• Experience integrating technology into daily teaching practices.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and assessment.
• Training in Literacy Links, Writer’s, and/or Reader’s Workshop preferred.
• Faith- and values‑based Catholic educator preferred.

Salary commensurate with experience.
