Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated reading instruction and specialized academic support to students in special education
• Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families to support an inclusive learning environment
• Offer direct instruction, scaffolded support, and regular progress monitoring
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting for compliance and communication
• Contribute to student assessments, goal setting, and advocacy within the education system
