About the Opportunity

Tree Top Staffing is conducting a confidential search for a Licensed Structural Engineer on behalf of a well-established multidisciplinary engineering and design organization in the Fond du Lac area.

This is a strong opportunity for a technically sound engineer who wants meaningful project variety, long-term growth potential, and the ability to make an immediate impact. The team is looking for someone who can work with a solid degree of independence, take ownership of technical work, and support a broad range of structural projects.

• Perform structural engineering analysis, design, and system selection for a variety of projects
• Apply strong engineering judgment and code knowledge to develop practical, buildable solutions
• Use structural analysis and design software to support engineering deliverables
• Support projects involving existing buildings, retail and commercial facilities, and other diverse structural scopes
• Participate in project meetings and occasional site visits
• Collaborate with internal engineering and design teams
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams

• PE license required
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience, including relevant education
• Strong structural engineering fundamentals and working knowledge of applicable building codes
• Experience using engineering software for structural analysis and design
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical work
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with existing buildings
  , assessments, renovations, or adaptive-use projects
• Experience with retail or commercial structural work
• Broad structural project exposure across multiple building types
• Healthcare structural experience is a major plus
