Electrical Engineer

Tree Top Staffing is conducting a confidential search for an Electrical Engineer on behalf of a well-established multidisciplinary engineering and design organization in the Fond du Lac area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer who wants meaningful project variety, long-term growth potential, and the ability to make an immediate impact. The team is looking for someone with strong engineering fundamentals, sound code knowledge, and the ability to contribute across a broad range of building and infrastructure-related projects.

• Apply strong engineering principles and code knowledge to electrical design work
• Use software tools for engineering analysis and system selection
• Support electrical engineering work across a range of building and facility project types
• Contribute to projects involving building systems, electrical infrastructure, and related power design
• Collaborate with internal engineering and design teams on project execution
• Support project coordination, technical problem-solving, and practical design solutions across multiple markets

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Strong electrical engineering fundamentals and applicable code knowledge
• Ability to use computer software for analysis and selection
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience designing building systems, rather than circuit boards or programming
• Experience with substations, electrical infrastructure, or broader power-related design work would be highly valuable
• Healthcare project experience is a plus
• Strong technical judgment and the ability to contribute across diverse project scopes
• Candidates with a range of experience may be considered if they bring strong technical ability and relevant project background

$110,000 - $250,000 annually
