Precast Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing

• Apply sound engineering principles to precast concrete design and project execution
• Support engineering work tied to precast systems, coordination, detailing, and project delivery
• Contribute to the design, review, and execution of precast-related projects
• Collaborate with internal designers, technicians, engineers, and project leadership
• Help ensure accuracy, quality, and constructability across precast-related work
• Support practical problem-solving and project coordination throughout the design process

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Actual precast engineering experience strongly preferred
• Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to work effectively in a specialized precast environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A motivated, driven mindset with the ability to ask strong technical questions and contribute in a team setting

• 1+ year of real‑world precast experience
• Experience in precast design, detailing, coordination, modeling, or project leadership
• 5+ years of experience may align especially well with higher‑level engineer paths
• Milwaukee‑area precast experience or experience from similar precast consulting environments would be highly relevant
