As a Loan Collections Student, you ll play a key role in keeping our loan collection processes organized, accurate, and moving forward. You ll support both customers and internal teams while developing valuable experience in banking operations, communication, and problem-solving.
Your days may include:
- Keeping delinquent account files and records organized
- Processing loan payments and managing departmental mail
- Talking with customers to set up payment plans and track commitments
- Preparing documentation that advances the collection process

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, especially over the phone
- Excellent organization and followthrough
- Ability to work independently while managing changing priorities

- Openness to occasional travel and light physical tasks
