Summer Student, Fond du Lac, WI, US

May – September | 30–40 hours/week

Position

Summary

As a Loan Collections Student, you’ll play a key role in keeping our loan collection processes organized, accurate, and moving forward. You’ll support both customers and internal teams while developing valuable experience in banking operations, communication, and problem‑solving.

Your days may include:

  • Keeping delinquent account files and records organized
  • Processing loan payments and managing departmental mail
  • Talking with customers to set up payment plans and track commitments
  • Preparing documentation that advances the collection process

If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and contributing to a smooth and efficient department, this role puts you right in the center of meaningful work.
