Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP)
Launch your finance career with Brunswick's Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP), the company's premier rotational leadership program designed to accelerate the development of future finance leaders.
As the world's leading recreational marine company, Brunswick is home to iconic brands including Mercury Marine, Boston Whaler, Sea Ray, and Freedom Boat Club. From award-winning propulsion systems to advanced marine technologies, Brunswick is redefining the future of boating through innovation, connectivity, and unforgettable on-water experiences.
The FLDP serves as Brunswick's primary pipeline for future finance leaders. Through rotational assignments, executive exposure, mentorship, and structured development opportunities, participants gain the experiences, skills, and business acumen needed to accelerate their careers and make an immediate impact.
More than a traditional rotational program, the FLDP provides exposure to both corporate and operational finance environments, creating a well-rounded foundation for future finance leadership opportunities across Brunswick.
Rotation Structure
The FLDP is designed to provide both breadth and depth across Brunswick's finance organization through three developmental rotations (order may vary):
- Two consecutive 6-month rotations at Brunswick's Corporate Headquarters in Mettawa, Illinois, providing exposure to enterprise-wide finance, strategic planning, financial reporting, and decision support across the organization.
- One 12-month rotation within a Brunswick business unit or manufacturing location, providing hands-on operational finance experience and direct partnership with business and operational leaders.
Potential locations include, but are not limited to:
- Mettawa, IL
- Fond du Lac, WI
- Menomonee Falls, WI
- Knoxville, TN
- Edgewater, FL
Rotation assignments and locations are determined based on business needs and individual development goals. Brunswick provides relocation assistance throughout the program to support participants as they transition between assignments and locations.
