Position: HR Coordinator (Temporary, Part-Time)

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Assist with the talent acquisition process, which may include scheduling and interviewing
  • Ensure all steps of the pre-employment process are successfully completed prior to new hire orientation
  • Assist with new hire orientation
  • Prepare and organize new hire documents, benefit enrollments, 401(k) information and additional resources as needed
  • Maintain and organize personnel records, prepare mailings, and assist with other administrative functions
  • Perform employee service functions by responding promptly and professionally to employee requests
  • Manage the company anniversary program, apparel program and employee recognition program
  • Promote and support Badger Liquor’s wellness and inclusion initiatives
  • Support the writing, revising and reviewing of work instructions, process/procedure documents
  • Assist with the coordination of company events such as open enrollment, training events, holiday gift, etc.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with employees, management and external sources (customers, vendors, etc.)
  • Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional matter
  • Additional duties as assigned by management

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma is required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field desirable
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Human Resources preferred
