Pay Range$89,000 to $118,600
Pay range based on experience, skills, and abilities. Variable pay eligible. Eligible to participate in IP’s annual incentive plan.
OverviewWe are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to support 2-3 manufacturing facilities in Fond Du Lac, WI, Manitowoc, WI, and Northern Illinois. The role resides in Fond Du Lac or Manitowoc. Regular travel to all facilities is required.
ResponsibilitiesThe HR Business Partner will collaborate with the Regional Human Resource Manager and facility management to provide superior human resources services to employees and the facility.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
- 1-5 years of multi-faceted Human Resources generalist experience in manufacturing
- Experience with union and union‑free locations is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills
- Ability to lead and influence others
- Demonstrated managerial courage
