Network Security Administrator

We are looking for a Network Security Administrator to support and strengthen a growing enterprise network environment in Fox Valley Wisconsin. This contract opportunity has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for someone who combines hands-on network administration expertise with a strong security mindset and a proactive approach to issue resolution. The person in this role will help maintain secure connectivity across multiple office locations while improving the reliability, visibility, and protection of critical network infrastructure.

• Administer and optimize Aruba-based network infrastructure, including wireless and switching components, to ensure stable and secure performance.

• Manage Palo Alto firewall environments by updating policies, monitoring traffic behavior, and supporting secure access across the organization.

• Configure and maintain network segmentation by creating and modifying VLANs, assigning ports, and supporting connectivity needs across several office locations.

• Review security alerts, logs, and system activity to identify risks, investigate irregularities, and help maintain a strong security posture.

• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to address network and security incidents, escalate issues appropriately, and drive timely follow-through on open tickets.

• Support enterprise security operations by contributing to monitoring efforts, access controls, and overall protection of networked systems and applications.

• Assist with troubleshooting complex connectivity and security issues affecting wired, wireless, and perimeter network environments.
