Field Services Agent EUC & Client Apps Pr
Provide L2 technical support (incident/requirement resolution) to end users. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents to end users to ensure continuity of operations. When necessary, travel to the users' locations to resolve the incident/requirement in person, guaranteeing a quick response and complying with the project's SLAs. Maximize customer satisfaction through high-quality technical support.
