Grande Custom Ingredients Group is seeking a Service Desk Support Specialist to join our Business Technology team in Fond du Lac, WI. You will provide Level 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices across the organization.
You will troubleshoot issues, deliver excellent customer service, and drive first-contact resolution while supporting device deployments, VPN, and asset management. Travel between facilities and after-hours support may be required.
