Service Now Technical Consultant
US Based role
• Fully remote
• Immediate start
• Initial 4 month contract, extensions likely
Must have skills:
- Knowledge ofany CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tool;there are many tools available in the market, Salesforce, Ericson, PEGA, Hensen,Huwaii are some of those. If not Service Now SOM, any CPQ tool experience would be sufficient.
- Hands-on experience working on L2C (Lead-to-Cash) and O2A (Order-to-Activation) cycles of SOM workflows. At least, L2C is must.
- Know the product catalog and product model design. For Telco background, TMForum standard P-S-R model is must (Product-Service-Resource Specifications)
Good to have skills:
- Service Now out-of-the-box TMForum
- Open APIs
- TMF
622 - Product Order Management API, TMF
641 - Service Order Management API, TMF
620 - Product Catalog Management API, etc.), - Out-of-the-box SOM workflows,
- Pricing Management experience is a plus.
