Description

• Responsible for managing component material flow, purchase orders with suppliers to mitigate supply chain risks, and achieve inventory and fulfillment targets
• Entering, maintaining, and expediting purchase orders to ensure timely receipt of material.
• Analyze demand and supply data to identify inventory shortages and surpluses.
• Interact cross-functionally with departments concerning specific purchasing needs.
• Monitor lifecycle status of purchase items for warehouse, safety stock, value stream, and other fields specific to purchasing.
• Develop and maintain good vendor relations.
• Maintain approved supplier list.

• Associate degree in related field
• 3 years’ related experience in Supply Chain function, 1 year planning or related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
