• Respond to priority and complete work orders for resident requests.
• Complete apartment turnovers, including painting, drywall patching, testing fixtures, appliances, alarms, changing filters, and repairing damage.
• Maintain assets by following preventative schedules to address property needs and maintain equipment, including HVAC, boilers, and fire protection systems.
• Maintain a high level of customer service when dealing with residents, family members, vendors, and employees of Capri Communities.
