Job SummaryAs the Operations Leader
, you will play a vital role in keeping weekend production running smoothly, safely, and in full compliance at our Fond du Lac, WI facility. In this position, you’ll coordinate production activities, verify Food Safety & Quality requirements, review documentation, and execute product release processes to support consistent, high‑quality operations. You’ll partner closely with Associates, Food Safety Quality, and leadership to resolve issues quickly and ensure seamless handoffs between weekend and weekday teams.
With broad exposure across multiple operational areas, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading through collaboration, problem‑solving, and clear communication while making a meaningful impact on plant performance.
- High School or GED required.
- Two (2) or more years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry, with work experience and/or training related to management/leadership skills required; or a Bachelor's Degree and relevant internship or other management/leadership experience and/or training required.
- Experience with quality systems, sanitation programs, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to lead through influence without direct authority.
- Lean / Continuous Improvement exposure.
- Strong decision-making and communication skills.
- 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Leadership, Industrial Tech or other related field strongly desired. An equivalent level of experience may be considered.
