This is a full-time, on-site role for a Press Operator, located in Fond du Lac, WI. The Press Operator will be responsible for operating press and manufacturing equipment, performing quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications, interpreting blueprints or work orders, troubleshooting equipment issues, and preparing materials for production through pre-press processes. The position focuses on maintaining production efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards.

• Proficiency in machine operation, including setup and maintenance of press equipment.
• Experience in quality control and ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
• Knowledge of printing and production processes is preferred.
• Skills in troubleshooting and solving mechanical and operational issues with machinery.
• Understanding of pre-press activities, including material preparation and setup.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving quality results.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with metal service equipment is advantageous.
