Job Title: CNC Operator
Location: Fond du Lac, WI
Schedule: Full-Time | First Shift

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to support our manufacturing operations by producing quality parts and components with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. This role is critical to maintaining production flow, equipment performance, and overall operational excellence.
Position SummaryThe CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machinery to produce parts and components according to production specifications and quality standards. This position works closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure efficient machine operation, minimize downtime, and maintain accurate production records.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines according to production specifications and work instructions
- Load raw materials and monitor machine performance throughout production runs
- Perform machine adjustments and tooling changes as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, job travelers, and production schedules
- Troubleshoot machine or operational issues and communicate concerns promptly to leadership or maintenance
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic machine upkeep
- Accurately complete production records and documentation
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
- Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and production team members to support operational goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tour‑ready work environment
- Previous CNC machine operation experience, 5+ years’ experience is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges preferred
- Experience in Tool & Die
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical training or certification in CNC machining, manufacturing, or related field preferred
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift
- Regular use of hands for handling materials, operating machinery, and adjusting equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong visual acuity, including close vision and depth perception
- Ability to communicate effectively in a production environment
