Manufacturing Process Support Technician

A leading marine manufacturing company in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is seeking a technical resource to support assembly production processes. Responsibilities include providing ongoing technical support, reviewing production schedules, and assisting with training new team members. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office. A 2-year technical degree and Lean Six Sigma certification are preferred.

The position offers a salary range of $54,300 – $75,400 annually plus benefits.
