As part of the talented Engineering team, you will focus on maintaining and improving manufacturing processes for current products, support changes to current products and new product introductions.

• Develop and implement new processes or change current processes based upon sound manufacturing or industry practices, may involve implementing medium to large scale new processes.
• Act as a liaison with product engineering and manufacturing program management as needed.
• Support new product introductions.
• Compile and perform various reports and audits.
• Must possess a good knowledge of process flow and development as related to machining and assembly systems.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Proficient in MS Office, SPC Excel and other analysis tools and software programs.
• Ability to make independent judgments regarding technical issues.
• Good understanding and the ability to facilitate common problem solving and analysis tools such as PFMEA and Cause and Effect.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work closely with operators.

• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• Ability to train and become a certified Green Belt or Black Belt.

• Ability to work in an office, lab and indoor industrial environment.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $73,600 - $106,200, annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
