Investment Casting Technician III

Job Description

Brunswick (Mercury Marine) is seeking an Investment Casting Technician to support the production of propellers. The role is onsite in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Eligible hourly pay ranges from $29.39 to $33.26, based on experience, business needs and location.

• Promote a safe work culture by following all company safety protocols and procedures.
• Report safety, equipment, quality, and other issues as they arise.
• Perform everyday tasks involved in the production of propellers.
• Keep equipment and the work area clean and orderly.
• Follow instructions to ensure the production of quality parts.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Willingness to perform manual labor in a non‑air‑conditioned environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Desire to be cross‑trained in multiple areas/jobs.

• Some manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

• Manufacturing/foundry environment with exposure to heat, noise, dust, fumes, and industrial equipment.
• Work may involve standing, walking, or working near heated materials for extended periods.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including heat‑resistant clothing, gloves, eye protection, and other safety gear.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or move materials within established limits.

Hourly pay for this position ranges from $29.39 to $33.26, depending on job‑related knowledge, experience, business needs, and geographic location.
