We’re looking for a hands‑on, reliable Die-Cut Machine Operator (Night Shift) who takes pride in producing high‑quality work and wants to be part of a team that values quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
.

• Set up and operate die‑cutting machines
• Prepare and install dies (registration, make‑ready, matrix)
• Inspect product to ensure quality standards are met
• Pack finished goods (counting, labeling, boxing, palletizing)
• Complete production paperwork accurately
• Perform basic machine maintenance
• Maintain a clean, tour‑ready work area

• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
• Dependable, team‑oriented, and self‑motivated

Work Environment:
Manufacturing environment with moderate noise; requires standing, machine operation, and material handling.
