Paint Technician ; 2nd Shift

Position Overview

Paint Technician I – support Mercury Marine values by producing high‑quality inboard and outboard marine engines.

• Prepare parts for painting (sorting, sanding, masking, hanging).
• Sort parts after painting and perform salvage‑type operations (sanding, finesse).
• Conduct inspections required by classification at designated intervals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and 5S standards.
• Ensure quality and quantity of products with the completion of all tasks.
• Responsible for equipment, including tools and the product.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

The hourly rate for this position is $26.26.
