Position Title
Production Associate – Full-Time
Pay RateStarting at $22.85 per hr. After successful completion of training on a specific job, employees will be paid $23.87 to $28.95 per hour. Rate of pay is based on the job they perform.
Sign On Bonus$500 after 30 days
$500 after 6 months
Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday)
Hiring for 2nd Shift. You will begin on 1st shift for training. Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime hours.
- 2nd Shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Overtime and Saturdays as needed
Fond du Lac Container Facility

- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Run and maintain large machines in a safe manner
- Read factory orders
- Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment
- Consistent quality and count inspection of a product
- Practice great factory housekeeping
- Work overtime as needed
