Cabinetry Associate
Wage: $18.00 per hour + $1 shift premium
Shift: 1st, 2nd
Hours: 6:00am-4:00pm (Mon‑Thurs, overtime Fri); 3:00pm-1:00am (Mon‑Fri)

Work 1st or 2nd shift building high‑quality cabinets and countertops using raw and pre‑cut materials. If you enjoy hands‑on manufacturing, reading shop drawings, and seeing a finished product you can be proud of - this is the job for you.
Responsibilities- Construct cabinets and counter tops from scratch or pre‑cut parts according to shop drawings and procedures.
- Construct cabinets and countertops from raw materials or pre‑cut components by following shop drawings, blueprints, and standard procedures.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including drills, sanders, table saws, boring machines, and related equipment, safely and effectively.
- Sand, finish, and smooth cabinet and counter top surfaces to meet quality standards.
- Apply laminates and finishes according to project specifications.
- Assist with lifting, positioning, and loading parts onto machines or workstations.
- Operate manufacturing and finishing equipment, including sprayers and other production tools.
- Read, interpret, and follow drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Label finished products accurately based on job and project requirements.
- Maintain production documentation, job records, and ERP system entries as required.
- Support special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Manufacturing experience required; woodworking or cabinetry experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in a manufacturing or shop environment.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Construction or carpentry background is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move materials and stand for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions and processes.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and production standards.
