• Operate CNC machinery, including lathes and machining centers, with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain consistency in handling both low and high volume parts.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while upholding exceptional quality standards.
• Utilize blueprints, micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments for machining tasks.
• Participate in secondary machining and sub-assembly projects as required.

• 1-2 years of experience operating calipers and micrometers.
• Experience with CNC lathes and machining centers.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and use precision measurement tools.

• 1-2 years of experience operating a Mill or Lathe is a plus.
• Punctuality and reliability in daily attendance.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fond Du Lac, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
