Assembly Technician – Mercury Marine

We are seeking an Assembly Technician to support the production of high‑quality inboard and outboard marine engines.

• Use a variety of air and pneumatic tools to assemble components for marine engines, service parts, and assemblies.
• Set‑up, adjust, and/or changeover equipment with appropriate tools for the particular job.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with SOPs, Work Rules, and Plant Safety Rules.
• Perform inspections common to the classification at required intervals.
• Take appropriate action when out of tolerance situations occur and notify appropriate individuals when further action must be taken.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues.
• Participate in training and cross‑training to support flexible workforce needs.
