About the Role

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
Responsibilities- Answer phones, greet and focus on donors, ensuring their safety.
- Screen new and repeat donors, take and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate process changes using company‑approved procedures.
- Work various shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer or patient‑facing role (helpful).
- Ability to walk, stand, lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach above shoulders and below knees for entire shift.
- Ability to lift up to 32 lbs. (rarely 50 lbs.).
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Comfortable with prolonged glove wear (risk level 1 exposure to blood borne pathogens).
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Part‑time, 4–6 hours per day on 3+ days per week. Schedule is flexible; you will be informed of any changes in advance.
Compensation & Benefits- Hourly wage starting at $16.00, subject to state minimum wage requirements.
