Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care; LTC Long Term Care

TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel RN for a Long-Term Care (LTC) travel nursing position in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

37 hours per week

Shift: 8 hours, evenings

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs in daily care activities
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social workers
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in care plan meetings and family conferences
• Document nursing care and resident progress accurately and timely
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Registered Nurse with at least one year of experience in a Long‑Term Care setting
• BLS certification (required, 2 years of validity)
• Eligible for state licensure in Wisconsin (additional certifications may be required before assignment)
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex patient needs in a team‑focused environment
