Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location:
244 N Macy St, Fond du Lac, WI 54935.
- Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Casual positions available.
- Shift: Days, PM, or Night shifts available.
- Pay Rate: $26.50-$33.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
- Shift Differential for PM and Night shifts.
- Eligible for Sign On Bonus.
Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.
Requirements- Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Active CPR.
- Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
- Ability to relate well to all individuals.
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
- Ability to adapt to change.
