ADON (Assistant Director of Nursing) in Assisted Living

Lutheran Home & Health Services, an Illuminus Community, is looking for an ADON to join their Assisted Living community. Located at 244 N Macy St, Fond du Lac, WI 54935, we have been caring for local families since 1936. Our services include assisted living, skilled nursing, and short‑term rehab for older adults.

Full‑time, Day Shift

• Working within our Assisted Living community
• On‑call rotation shared with other nurse leadership
• Salaried with Benefits
• Salary $83k‑100k
• RN license required

• Assist in planning, organizing, and directing nursing service.
• Control and evaluation of nursing service to meet residents’ total needs and maintain quality of service in line with policies.
• Supervise care and management of shift.
• Plan and participate in in‑service training and orientation programs.
• Coordinate the care‑planning program.

• Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
