SSM Health Express Care in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time (0.8 FTE) urgent care nurse practitioner. The department operates Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 7:30 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 8 am – 4 pm.
The ideal candidate will hold an unrestricted Wisconsin RN and NP license with prior Advanced Practitioner experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine, and be comfortable treating both children and adults with a range of conditions.
