Ripon Community Hospital is seeking a Regular, full-time Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical department. The unit supports 12-hour shifts, a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio during days and a 5:1 ratio at night, with CNA coverage and 24/7 security.
You will provide direct nursing care following hospital policies and participate in care planning with the care team. State licensure requirements include BLS HCP and RN license in Wisconsin, Missouri, Illinois, or Oklahoma as applicable;
