Pinnacle Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed medications and treatments to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility requirements;
Observe residents after medication administration and document effects and any adverse reactions in medication administration records;
Communicate concerns or observations with Wellness Director, Wellness Coordinator, or designated personnel;
Oversee daily medication workflows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely administration;
Provide coaching and support to Medication Aides, assist with training, and conduct routine quality checks of documentation and medication storage
