Advocate Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the 02230 AMG Westhaven - Nephrology department in Fond du Lac, WI. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7am to 5pm.
The role includes preparing patients for exams, assisting with procedures, administering medications under orders, performing labs, documenting care, and coordinating with physicians and nurses to ensure high-quality patient care.
