• Graduate of an accredited Nursing school
• Current RN licensure in the state and AHA CPR certification (may be offered upon hire)
• 1-2 years recent acute care experience and 1-2 years home care experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred; hospice experience preferred
• Excellent observation, communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle in good working order
