Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience working in an Emergency Room
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation standards
- Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making abilities
- Compassionate communication skills for patients and families
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute illness or trauma
- Conduct accurate triage, assessments, and documentation per emergency department protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in alignment with physician orders
- Monitor changes in patient condition and respond promptly to emergencies
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and ongoing care needs
- Maintain a safe and continuously prepared ER environment
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, efficient workflow

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
