Gentiva's Heartland Hospice is seeking an After Hours Hospice RN to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, delivering compassionate care when it’s needed most.
You’ll work 7on-7off, report to the Administrator or Patient Care Manager, provide direct patient care after hours, and coordinate with the hospice team to manage symptoms and care plans. This role requires Wisconsin RN licensure, 1+ year nursing experience, CPR, and reliable transportation.
