Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily quality activities across production departments
- Supervise, train, and develop a team of quality personnel
- Ensure in-process and final inspections meet quality standards
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and the Quality Management System
- Plan and conduct internal audits; support customer audits
- Manage CAPA, PPAP, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare and communicate quality reports and findings to leadership
- Oversee calibration and proper use of inspection and testing equipment
- Apply statistical analysis to support quality decisions
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and records
- Support staffing, time approvals, and performance management
- Promote safety compliance and reliable attendance
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred
- Manufacturing experience required, specifically in a quality-focused role
- Prior leadership experience required (senior tech or direct leadership role)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems
- Ability to use measuring and inspection tools
- Experience with CMMs and inspection equipment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and databases
- Comfortable working with statistical data and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
