Ripon, WI Full-Time | Starting at $70,000/year

Schedule:

Monday–Friday (Day Shift; Occasional evenings as needed)

A  Employment Services is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a QA Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established food manufacturing facility and lead key quality and sanitation functions.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and develop QA Technicians and Sanitation Leads
• Oversee daily food safety and sanitation operations
• Support and enforce GMPs, regulatory, and customer compliance standards
• Conduct internal audits, environmental monitoring, and quality inspections
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote food safety culture
• Maintain documentation including SOPs, SSOPs, and COAs
• Act as (or support) the SQF Practitioner and lead training efforts

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years in QA and/or Sanitation in food manufacturing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Experience supervising direct reports (minimum 1 year)
• Ability to obtain or hold: SQF Practitioner, HACCP, PCQI certifications
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Working knowledge of food safety programs, FDA regulations, and sanitation protocols
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  SharePoint experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
• Experience with regulatory audits and customer compliance programs
