Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.;
Ensure all Team Members complete Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s) and maintain a neat appearance in uniform.;
Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders; resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.;
Provide regular feedback to the RGM on Team Member performance and actively participates in training; handle conflicts constructively.;
Assist RGM with cash control, inventory management, scheduling, and health and safety standards.
