Prepare bakery/deli items per customer requests using bakery equipment;
Inform customers of bakery and deli specials and offer product samples;
Provide customers with fresh products and correct portion sizes to prevent shrink; maintain temperature logs and food safety standards;
Label, stock and inventory department merchandise; report discrepancies to the department manager;
Create a welcoming environment and deliver excellent customer service throughout the store
