• Estimated first-year earnings range: $60,000–$80,000
• Uncapped commission and earnings.
• Training Pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.
• Sales of pre-need and at-need cemetery services, property, and merchandise.
• Assist families with cemetery selections and attend committal services.
• Leads generated via walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive lead generation and prospecting.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook).
• Experience with a CRM preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality for sensitive information.
• Availability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.

This range estimate has been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential at the location where the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
