Parts Sales Representative – Counter

Full‑time position with Wisconsin Kenworth in Fond du Lac, WI. Candidates should have prior sales experience, be comfortable in a dealership environment, and be results‑driven. This role offers the chance to join a growing and successful dealer group.

• Sells heavy duty and/or light duty truck parts
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction among all assigned accounts
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services sold by the company
• Conquest and grow new accounts

• Maintain liaison with important customers
• Promote the sales of parts and accessories and act as an adviser to wholesale or retail customers
• Successfully complete product and sales training courses as assigned
• Develop and maintain full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policies
• Maintain parts‑related correspondence
• Keep up to date on new products

• High school diploma; associate’s degree (AA) preferred
• Prior sales experience
• Computer, mathematical and customer service skills
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis
• Ability to work in a dealership environment, including 8‑12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements
• Ability to demonstrate or display extensive product knowledge to customers and staff to assist with purchase decisions
