Inside Sales Representative - Part-Time

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 2:00pm

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/HR

• Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to commercial businesses to identify roofing service and sales opportunities.
• Complete a high volume of calls daily (60–80 calls) to generate leads and build customer relationships.
• Set appointments for the Outside Sales team and support their sales efforts.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing contacts to maintain engagement.
• Accurately document all calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Work closely with Outside Sales to align on goals, priorities, and lead quality.
• Utilize office tools including PC, phone systems, CRM software, and standard office equipment.
• Track and meet performance metrics, including call volume and appointment setting goals.
• Maintain organized records and ensure attention to detail in all communications.

• Previous inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with outside sales staff.
